The UK reported a record 1,325 deaths in a 24-hour period from people testing positive for COVID-19 on Friday as overstretched health services struggled to deal with it.

London: West Ham boss David Moyes has urged people not to « pick » footballers for coronavirus protocol violations as the number of cases is rising in the UK.

Hammer midfielder Manuel Lanzini has apologized and made a donation to a food bank in east London after breaking the rules over the Christmas period.
