Barman and his neighbors believe that she lives in a building on their street where several vrbo are rented out. He heard her name when she was questioned by the local police. When he went to see her, he recently found posts on her Facebook page saying she was part of the mob that stormed the Capitol. One of her posts describes how she is dragged away by the police. Her Facebook page is dedicated to QAnon, and her profile photo is a screenshot from a YouTube livestream of her standing on scaffolding in the Capitol and waving a Q flag. The woman didn’t respond to BuzzFeed News’ request for comment via email or Facebook.

Other residents of DC are also alarmed by the influx of extremists whose housing is being facilitated by Vrbo. Patrilie Hernandez, a community attorney who lives in northeast DC, started an online petition asking Vrbo to cancel reservations.
