During a recent interview with AJ Awesome, Chelsea Green commented on her injury, her return goals and more. You can check out some highlights from the following interview:

How she got into wrestling: « I haven’t been a die-hard wrestling fan in my entire life like most of my friends have been. I fell for this in college – I watched RAW while doing homework and Nikki Bella was on TV. I fell in love with her and the match and everything about it. The next week I trained with Lance Storm. ”

Regarding her favorite game of her career so far: “I would say my favorite game was All In, and that was because Britt [Baker] was there. She is one of my best friends. I’d wrestled with Tessa [Blanchard] so many times so we knew how the two of them worked together. And then Madison Rayne was someone who helped me get into Impact. It was really cool that she was in that match. It was kind of a full circle moment, and not only that, but the crowd was amazing. We got a standing ovation so that was the best moment for me when I met the Canadian destroyer on Tessa and then everyone stood up and cheered. I had to spend three seconds hearing it. It was my favorite moment so far. ”

On her favorite wrestling person: “The Hot Mess will always be my favorite. The hot mess can be a couple of different things, so I feel like I could bring it back and tweak it a little. It doesn’t have to be a crazy bride. It could just be a crazy woman. That is my favourite. ”

About her goals when she returns from an injury: “One goal would be to just stay safe and try not to get hurt again. Really, I just want to have a positive and impactful debut. I hope it’s in front of people’s eyes, but if not, that’s the way the world is and that’s fine. I just want to focus on coming back, debuting, and then we’ll go from there. ”

She is currently under contract with WWE, where she appears with Robert Stone as a manager for the NXT brand. She is best known for them . . .
