In the past, Kirstie has stated that the pounds piled up when she was between 40 and 44 years old.
The TV host revealed that she was inspired to take shape when she learned about the risk of becoming overweight at 50.
She told Mail Online, « I decided that as a parent and partner I was irresponsible and it had to go. «
The location, location, location moderator explained that eating three meals a day helped improve their structure.
She said, « I eat three meals a day – I don’t leave home without having breakfast.
“It is crucial that you have five hours between meals and only water during those five hours. ”
Kirstie also figured out which foods were best for her, swapping clumsy carbohydrates for healthy greens.
Speaking to the Sun, she added: « For me, one of my things is that potatoes don’t suit me. I don’t eat them anymore.
« And eggplants disagree with me. Wine doesn’t match me so now I drink vodka martinis.
« I really do eat more greens. I now order two salads. I wasn’t really a pasta person in a while. It regards vegetables as carbohydrates. It’s always the beans, the broccoli – potatoes are not needed. ”
She added, “I wake up at 6am on a work day. 3 p.m. and I’m right in my training kit for a workout.
With small changes in her lifestyle, the TV star is said to have thrown two impressive stones.
