World news – Report: Tucker swaps rockets for Bucks for Augustin, Wilson and Draft Pick

The Houston Rockets and Milwaukee Bucks have reportedly agreed to a deal that P.J. Tucker would send Tucker to Milwaukee, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

In addition to Tucker, the Rockets will send Rodions Kurucs and the 2022 first round of Bucks that they previously acquired back to Milwaukee.

The missiles are to be sent back to D.J. Augistin, D.J. Wilson and an unprotected selection for the first round in 2023. Houston also receives the right to swap its selection for the second round in 2021 for Milwaukee’s selection for the first round in 2021, unless that selection is between 1st and 2nd in the NBA draft 9.

Tucker, who joined the Rockets as a free agent in 2017 after stints with the Phoenix Suns and Toronto Raptors, quickly became a starter known for defending the top players on the opposing teams. But his relationship with the organization has deteriorated over the past few months and after sitting against the Sacramento Kings last Thursday reports surfaced that he would not be returning to the team.

With Tucker, the Rockets have three last season Swapped members of their starting rotation. Houston sent Russell Westbrook to the Washington Wizards in December in exchange for John Wall and traded James Harden for the Brooklyn Nets in January in a blockbuster multi-team deal.
