ORCHARD PARK, NY (WJZ) – Raven quarterback Lamar Jackson threw his first career interception inside the red zone during Saturday’s AFC Divisional Round playoff game against the Buffalo Bills and it proved costly. </ Jackson tossed a pass into close cover and had it intercepted by Bill's cornerback Taron Johnson, who returned it for a 101-yard touchdown, the longest interception return in postseason history.
The bills were in Just took a 10-3 lead in the third quarter, but Jackson and the Ravens knocked on the door for a possible touchdown for the game when Jackson threw the interception.
On Saturday night, Jackson had 49 touchdowns and no interceptions in the red zone of his career, including in the playoffs.
