Police would like to hear from witnesses to an incident in which shots were fired at officers in Manawatū and Horowhenua this week.
They are especially happy to hear from someone who saw two vehicles run irregularly on Monday.
The second was a green Mazda Demio traveling from Foxton before continuing to the Feilding area.
A 30-year-old man was charged with a number of criminal offenses and is being held on custody.
