World news – Moyes urges West Ham to remain “humble” as the shape triggers dreams of Europe

Enthusiastic Moyes says he and West Ham would « love to dream » after advancing to three points from second after beating West Brom 2-1.

Jarrod Bowen’s goals and Mikhail Antonio, both sides of a goal from Matheus Pereira for the guests, ensured that West Ham reached half of the season with the best record ever after 19 games in the Premier League.

Moyes has the Hammers transformed during his second term at the club, and while they want to look as high as possible, the Scot knows they need to be humble and always ask for more.

« We want to dream, we want to be ambitious, but we are too humble and we know West Ham may have been here before, « he said.

» I want to deliver when the time is right and I want us to be there when we can.
