Rashford missed Manchester United’s FA Cup quarter-finals in Leicester after playing last Thursday at AC Milan had lost the Europa League victory.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer announced that Rashford will suffer a foot injury but still expects to team up with England to qualify with San Marino, Poland and Albania.
Solskjaer said: » The doctor will speak to the English (FA) but I think he will travel and report [for international service]. «
English boss Gareth Southgate also got good news about Jude Bellingham, and the midfielder from Borussia Dortmund can register for international use.
The latest coronavirus update means that Bellingham will not be quarantined on his return to Germany after international service and will therefore not stand in Dortmund’s way.
England are already injured without Jordan Pickford, Jordan Henderson, Jack Grealish, James Maddison and Jadon Sancho, and Rashford and Bellingham will give a big boost.
