Bopara, who last played for England in the 2015 World Cup, was selected by Birmingham Phoenix in the original draft.
Tammy Beaumont, who scored 71 runs in England’s ODI win against New Zealand on Tuesday, was also chosen for The women’s team will be drafted.
Olly Stone will team up with English teammate Ben Stokes after being called up to the Northern Superchargers roster.
Stone, who in just his second test appearance in England’s most recent loss to India in Chennai took four wickets, was accepted in five draft picks.
The 27-year-old was not selected in the first draft in October 2019 because he was struggling with injuries.
Matthew Potts and Matthew Fish He of the fast bowlers also join the fight, with Harry Brook and Callum Parkinson rounding off the men’s outfit. The Australian captain Aaron Finch will lead the Superchargers.
The English all-rounder Alice Davidson-Richards and the Australian duo Alyssa Healy and Nicola Carey have been added to the women’s squad.
Pollard, who runs over 10,000 runs in Twenty20 Cricket is supported by Australian fast bowler Jhye Richardson.
The duo replaces Australian duo Steve Smith and Mitchell Starc, who have decided not to participate this year.
Jake Ball, Ian Cockbain, Josh Cobb, Matthew Critchley and David Lloyd were also selected by Welsh Fire.
English spinner Bryony Smith and Australian T20 world champions Meg Lanning, Beth Mooney and Jess Jonassen are confirmed for the women.
