Two Brazilian football clubs have expressed condolences following the sudden death of Liverpool goalkeeper’s father Alisson Becker.
Brazilian media reported that 57-year-old Jose Agostinho Becker drowned after he drowned had gone swimming on his property in the town of Lavras do Sul in the south of the country.
Fluminense published on social media that he deeply regretted the death of Mr. Becker.
Alisson played between 2013 and 2016 Internacional before joining Roma. After two seasons he left Italy to join Liverpool.
The 28-year-old, who started his national team at the 2018 World Cup, has won the Champions League and the Premier League with Liverpool.
