Despite the fact that J. Cole’s Puma RS-Dreamer has only been on the market for six months, the rapper “Platinum no Features” is ready to launch his signature hoops line this month with the debut of his next one Further advancing Silhouette – the Puma DREAMER 2. The first color scheme of the ready-to-court model with the title “28. January “after his song on the Forest Hills Drive album 2014 was just discovered through detailed photography.
Abstractly shaped overlays and a healthy mix of materials that make up the base layer are preserved. The biggest variation, however, is that this new listing will be created with a taller stature. For this elevated silhouette, “Moe Dee” and Puma have constructed the upper half in a louder yellow shade, which consists of a mesh base and a mixture of leather, suede and synthetic materials. Various textures are visible on the base, including the ventilated holes in the eye rests, as well as the buffer-like padded panels and perforated suede that arrive at the medial wall.
Aside from the red sleeves on the outsoles, the rest of the lower sole unit is black coated and has blocky textures that cover the metatarsus and the back. Branding is done via RS and Puma hits printed on the tongue tabs and footbeds, in addition to the cloud shapes that have a « dreamer » charm attached to the heels inside.
To announce the shoes, the two parties have playfully reinterpreted the cover of the Forest Hills Drive 2014 album by showing the artist on the roof while rocking the kicks.
The DREAMER 2 is priced at $ 135 and will be available on January 28th at the PUMA NYC Flagship Store, the PUMA website, the Foot Locker family websites and select retailers worldwide. This is J. Cole’s birthday.
For more shoe news, Neymar Jr. and Puma recently introduced the FUTURE Z 1.1 boot.
