Coastal firefighters rushed to a truck fire along the Sunshine Motorway, with the incident blocking one lane.
A Queensland Fire and Ambulance spokesman said the crews were at Coolum Beach, south of Yandina, at 7:47 a.m. -Coolum Road.
He said a unit was present and quickly put out the fire that started in a loader truck in the south-facing lanes of the freeway.
The spokesman said the the only driver was not injured, but a lane was closed while the crews worked to clear the scene.
It comes after paramedics in a rollover of a single vehicle along the Bruce Highway at 5:32 a.m. Thursday morning Coochin Creek participated.
