A new story describes explosive confrontations and shady activities that allegedly took place with former President Bill Clinton and his family, including the 2003 trip to the « pedophile » island of shamed financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Doug Band, who served as Clinton’s right-hand man for years after leaving the White House, told Vanity Fair, the 42nd. President got Little St. . James, the Caribbean island where Epstein allegedly trafficked underage victims.

Band, who interned at the Clinton White House at age 22, served as the former president’s gatekeeper and attorney. As of 2001, Band reportedly saw his job as restoring Clinton’s scandal-ridden legacy – something he says got tougher with his wife’s presidential election.

The long track in Vanity Fair reveals unflattering details about the Clintons and the band, portrayed as shady dealers. After founding his consulting firm Teneo, Band converted donors from the Clinton Foundation, of which he was a director, into clients.

That allegedly caused a conflict with Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea, who allegedly has a sibling relationship with band that became hostile after gaining power at the foundation.

According to a Clinton friend quoted by Vanity Fair, « Chelsea hated Doug for being like a son to her father. « 

The band claimed Chelsea requested in June 2011 that he offer equity to her and her husband, financier Marc Mezvinsky, for his new business. Her father, who was present at the meeting, allegedly stood by her side as she argued about the $ 2. 5 million offers to her father were not enough.
