Mayor Bill de Blasio said Friday that a redistribution of wealth was crucial to ending the structural racism that plagues New York schools.
During a COVID-19 press conference, de Blasio shared that from the start he had tried to focus on « Justice and Excellence » while working on education in the Big Apple.
