BHP (ASX: BHP) has completed the deal to acquire an additional 28 percent business stake in Shenzi from Hess Corporation (Hess), for $ 505 millionThe deal raises BHP’s business interest to 72 percent and adds around 11,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of production.
