World news – A massive fire breaks out in two factories in Melbourne, where several suburbs are on alert

A huge fire has broken out in two neighboring factories in southeast Melbourne and several suburbs have been advised.

Emergency services were called to the fire on Age Street in Cheltenham on Thursday at 12.40pm.

Den Residents have been advised to keep the streets clear and close their windows and doors if they are sensitive to smoke.

Herald Street, Age Street, Mills Street, Timms Street, Bernard Street, Keys Road and Warrigal Road in the area has been closed as a result.

The SES, Victoria Police, utilities and the Environmental Protection Agency have all been notified of the fire.
