The Melbourne Stars’ remarkable turnaround continued after driving past the Perth Scorchers on seven wickets to secure a spot in the inaugural WBBL final.

The stars, who have never finished a season higher than fifth, will face the semi-final winner on Thursday evening between two-time defending champions Brisbane Heat and the Sydney Thunder.
