Shortly after hearing about an expansive release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, UNIQLO announced a UNIQLO UT collection featuring Riot Games’ League of Legends.
The special lineup is the latest version of LifeWear Concept from UNIQLO and includes six t-shirt designs that revolve around the hit multiplayer online battle arena video game. Graphical features include characters like Jinx and Ekko, in-game elements like Summoner’s Rift and Poros, and Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai’Sa from the virtual K-pop group K / DA. The UNIQLO UT collaboration is set to be released worldwide and is Riot Game’s latest attempt at bringing the sensation of esports to the fashion world.
« UNIQLO is committed to creating unique and personalized expression through its UT collections – and creating forms of passion. We find a similar passion for what we create for Riot Games players. » said Ryan Crosby, director of Riot Entertainment Marketing and Consumer Products at Riot Games. « We’re proud to have the opportunity to work with a company that values creativity and self-expression in all of the different ways it can manifest. »
The League of Legends UT collection costs $ 19.90 and is available in sizes XXS-3XL. It is available online and at UNIQLO locations while stocks last.
