Twelve children were treated by paramedics after accidentally drinking cleaning chemicals in a Melbourne daycare center.
They were called on reports from « multiple inmates suspected of reacting to an unknown substance, » said a spokesman for Fire Rescue Victoria.
« Firefighters arrived on site in six minutes and worked quickly to determine the source of the reactions.
» The crews determined that there was no risk of hazmat, and the likely cause of the reaction was a source of food. «
» FRV crews worked on site with Ambulance Victoria, the local council and the Victoria Police, « said the FRV spokesman.
