Although RCB always has some of the biggest T20 names to show, it has regularly failed to live up to expectations, but the story has been very different so far. Although only two games old, the current RCB squad seems more balanced and less dependent on superstars.
Capless Indian players like Harshal Patel and Shahbaz Ahmed have already played match-winning roles, with AB de Villers and Glenn Maxwell doing well cut off with the bat. Even though Virat Kohli has normal nights, the team didn’t miss him very much.
